I have a 2012 n a Ditchwitch Boring machine that is knocking in cyl 6. Had injector checked. Swaped injectors, no help. When injector line s loosened, knock quits. pulled piston, no sign of trouble, bearings and all other internal parts looked ok, even rist pin. Any Ideas??

Is it possible that the fuel pump is overfueling that cylinder.I'm not sure what fuel injection pump is on that engine but I have seen it happen on a cat fuel injection pump.

I've had this happen. it turned out to be a broken injector pump spring and fuel lever. Pull the injector pump out. you'll see it right away. i could not find a replacement spring and had to replace the whole pump$$. Hope this helps.

i think you should first check the injector washers as they have certain thickness and by time it looses its thickness and gets thinner if this didn't work out for you i think you might have an injector which is leaking extra fuel
