I have 97 ford f350 that started idling real rough and has no power. The check engine light came on and the truck doesn't smoke at all. I have changed the fuel filter and added Lucas fuel cleaner. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

possibly the brain/control module? Did you analyze code of engine light. Fuel ok? I.ve replaced 2 modules in 10
years in my 97, but the ehgine light never came on. old blues

is there coolant in your oil? don't worry not a head gasket. 7.3 are know for injector cups to fail causing air or fuel to get into the engine. IDM mods are expressive too it could be a injector failing may just be a oring or bad harness
