I own an 05 f250 6L I was pulling my camper and started to overheat. When I checked the overflow it was dry so when I got home I flushed the cooling system and refilled. Now my overflow cap is blowing coolant out after truck runs for a bit. Temperature is staying normal. I also installed a new thermostat just to be safe. Any ideas this thing is annoying the crap out of me!

It sounds like head gasket time.....sorry to say!! Common problem with this engine.

44 years in the business and worked on everything from 53 series to 149 series. Winding it down now...time to move on.
