GETTING CODE 164-1 LOW INJECTOR PRESSURE WHILE CRANKING. HAVE NO MANUAL AT THIS TIME NEED SOME HELP FINDING SOLUTION TO FIX.

Make sure you have engine oil pressure while cranking. The engine oil pump supplies oil to the high pressure oil pump that is used for the injectors. A cracked oil pickup tube is common for the DT 466E

If the engine oil pressure is good, I would remove the valve cover and look at all the injectors and at the base of all the injectors for large oil leaks while cranking the engine. The injector orings are known to blow out and leak the high pressure oil (injection control pressure) that is needed to operate the injectors

I have also seen the injection control pressure valve on the rear of the high pressure pump go bad and not close, this will also keep it from building injection control pressure.

Most likely oil psi....but I also have seen lift pumps fail...Check fuel psi on top of fuel filter there is a spot to hook up a gauge.. If you got fuel then most likely you are going to need a oil pump and front cover... Check you fuel tank for oil also.. (fuel will look purpleish)
