working on a 1991 international dt466 and the rotating gear thingy that regulates the fuel for the pumps on cyl number one moves up and down and when it does it stops rotating, it appearsto get to those things i have to go threw the govenor housing end my question is how to remove the govenor is it threaded or pressed? any other advice here would be appreciated
