Posting this for a friend.

He has a 1997 International 444E Rollback. Whether his is loaded or unloaded he says the truck is just slow to go. He says he can get it up to the speed he wants to go - 75 MPH even. But just takes forever to get there.

He had a school bus pull up next to him. So he thought about it. Floored it to outrun the school bus. He was left sucking up the bus's diesel fumes as it blew him away.

He said it idles good, doesn't smoke... it performs and runs the same loaded or unloaded... just slow getting up to speed. Forbid him to have to go over a hill as well... he has to get a MAJOR running go to get over it.

Any ideas? Turbo? Intercooler? Other?

Thanks!
