I'm working a 3406B PEEC that when warm stumbbles when under a load the cooler you can keep the engine the less it acts up. But now it has taken to shutting down and not restarting till it cools down. The CEL has been disconectted in the dash and i can't find the plug to plug in my pro-link. I think I am lossing a puwer or ground at ecm. At one point when checking for no start the fuel solinoid had power on one wire when cranking but the other wire had no power cranking or key on. Checked a few other things put wires back together and it started an ran for 20 min. then died. Do I need a special cable to plug a pro-link in to this? Were could i find a wiring diagram for the engine? Thanks for any and all help. Truck is a 90 pete 8TC engine

I think that is a peec 2 and you need to dicconnect a harness in the rack that holds the two harnesses on the ecm and use a tee in between the two dicconected harness at that plug. The prolink then will connect up to the tee.The rack i talk about is the rack that the two harness is held up by the plugs. The peec three in most cases use a data link plug in the dash. If you dont have the tee you can read it.But you have to read it before you know what to do.
