Are oil coolers the same S60's? OR, is there a "bigger" cooler I can order for a dfferent application? I.e., find a serial # for a 575hp 14L?

Careful now, thicker cooler might mean a larger upper housing.

Really? It was hard enough getting this turbo on here with the one I've got now. Maybe I should jut stick with what I've got.

What goes bad in an oil cooler ? My oil temperature I think, has been on the high side, around 225-230.

Here in Florida, we see 230 to 240 degrees constantly. I'd like to see 220, but it isn't realistic with 90 plus days.

ROT says 15 to 25*F hotter than cooling system temp. Try 106* heat last week.

Stump, PermaCool makes a 602 which flows up to 24 gallons a minute. Might be a way to go too. Where do you think you run the lines in and out for the cooler?

What would be the downside of the thicker upper housing? The turbo I had before was a wastegated CAT, but I changed it to a NONwastegate again and have room now. My highest temp I saw this week in 90* weather was 222......
