i have a 1992 f-350 i recently purched from the county it has been sitting in a feild... i replaced a few fuel lines that were messed up and removed all the rags they had stuffed in the air cleaner ...checked oil levels and fluids all seem up to par...ok now i start it well wouldnt start on its own so i poured diesel down it to help it get goin finally she fires up ....and this thing reved to atlleast 5,000 rpms scared the shit out of me i thought it was going to blow up ...then it wouldnt shut off i hurried and disconnected the fuel lines....now im scared to even think of starting it i dont want to blow it up can anyone help........please....
