On older DT466 engines the oil pump pickup tube bolts go through from the front through the front cover. On this engine there are no bolts comming through the cover. Just to varify, are these bolts now under the engine that the pan has to come off to get the front cover off?

Well....yes you have to pull the pan to get the front cover on the new style DT466 because now the bolts go in through the bottom not the front.
