Help! The guy who I got this Surburban from must have not installed the bracket on the front of the starter. It has a 6.2 and a chunk of the block where one of the bolts go broke off. Has anyone ever welded it back on and it worked? Provided the bracket also gets back on the front of the starter. Man I don't want to have to replace the motor.
