Ok pulled out all of the injectors Three on the left side resulted in coolant going into the oil. Just wondering if I re install the injector will this cause the tube to expand and stop the leak or do I have to pull the head and re-install in bronze liners for the injectors???? This thing is starting to piss me off, very poorly designed engine, hard to service.

You need to pull the head and replace the tubes.

OK, took all the injectors out, ultrasonic clean, lap reassembled, installed. Filled with coolant, no leaks to oil (pressurized system) Started her up ran great, no smoke. This was a bitch as the engine on a c-6000 is half under the dog house. Bending over the radiator for two days with head down in a hole was painful.
