My 95 7.3 is very hard to start when warm and shut off for a few minutes (like to run into a store), it will crank for a very long time and almost start a few times before running, if it is off for a 1/2 hour or so it starts fine. It has also stalled a few times when comming to a stop and does the same hard starting. The ICP was replaced in December and that is when all the problem started, but it didn't act like this with the bad ICP. Any suggestions?

Is there any signs of fuel that has leaked around the the engine? Wash the engine down good and look for fuel leaks after running it up to operating temp. some leaks don't show when cold depending on the leak and how small it is.
