A van huh. look at the connections at the turbo to the 'charge air cooler'. Make sure they are tight and have 'constant torque' clamps on them. NO worm gear clamps. How about an air cleanere?? Some members from another forum have seen the hose to the 'MAP' leak and even the 'map' can read bad info to the computer. There is a small hose going from the air intake pressure system that goes to the 'map' sensor mounted somewhere in the engine compartment. Check it out for leaks or bad connections or a bad hose. Just a few items to look for. Good luck.
