Turn on key. Does the check engine light and stop engine light come on breifly then go out? If so Ecm is functioning. If not you have a electrical issiue. With out knowing the serial number prefix, the first 3 digits I am anable to give you any further tips. With the exception of checking the hand priming pump if equipped. Pump hand primer, Should feel resistance and possibly hear fuel moving through the system. if ok and it has the older style HUIE pump the one that looks like it has a filter can on top. I would change the IAP valve . The little valve on the side with 2 wire connector on it. and try to start it again.
