DT466 wont start after long weekend

Hey their guys need a little help here. Have a 2003 International 4400 with the DT466. Recently it been given me a hard time starting after it sit for the weekend. After it starts the engine run perfect monday through friday. Thinking that i am gettig air in the fuel line some where. I checked all the fuel line for cracks,didn't find any, changed the fuel filter, has the fuel filter that sit upside down,don't understand the concept on that, but what do i know.I'm just a truckdriver. Dont know where else to look ,any help would be greatly appreiciated.
