Just finished a rebuild on this engine, got everything hooked up and i can not get any oil pressure!! I'm thinking that when they boiled out the block they took a plug out and the oil is just dumping back into the pan. The oil pump is brand new. I put a dewalt drill on the pump to try to get it to move some oil but nothing. I was wondering if anybody has had this problem or knows how to fix it. Thanks
Chad

You sure the pump isn't faulty? Its a very very rare occasion with Deutz parts, but it's still a possibility.

I just finished overhauling a BFM2011 and am having the same problem - no oil pressure. Did you ever resolve this with your engine?

'The engine was on other sites, but we received the most calls from DieselEngineTrader.com. We sold it to the first caller-from DieselEngineTrader.com. Also, there was a waiting list on the engine if the first sale fell through! Thanks for the great service!'

Fran Trapp, South Carolina, USA

'I listed a surplus Watermota diesel on DieselEngineTrader. It took a few months to sell, but I was delighted as the engine was quite obscure and I never thought anyone would buy it!'

'Was looking for a Gardner 4LK to rebuild. None of my usual contacts could help me so I searched the Internet and found one on DieselEngineTrader. It was only 27 miles down the road!'
