Was rebuilding my engine here lately and got the bottom in together liner kits .etc. installed the head getting ready to set the can set the cam the motor was locked down zero lash boundup!! I have another topic on this site says innframe going seriously wrong for 99 classic. Can anyone help me figure this out and why and how to fix it. Seriously in need of help

Well again, I am no expert.
So was the the surface of the head cut when you told them to" fix it"? If so, you are going to have to set the back lash because the cam gear is now lower than it was.
I can tell you how I set mine because I didn't have the tool to do it and I wanted to replace the bull gear bearings reseal the gear case anyway.
Take the front cover off line up all the marks on the gears.
I just rolled strips of paper ( if I remember right it wasn't real thin but like that of quality letter paper) into all the gear meshes at the same time, and tighten the idler down.
Roll the paper back out and check your lash with a dial indicator. Mine came out perfect the first time, that was around 4 years ago, no problems.

Removing the front cover would also be a good time to give your bull gear bearings a looking at.

If you don't already have a service manual, I would highly recommend getting one!
