I am not sure if you may be able to help us. We have an old Dorman Engine, which powers the generator to our workshop. Recently we have been experiencing a problem-diesel is getting in the engine oil.

The injectors, lift pump and fuel injector pump have all been checked (twice). We have four engineers that are stumped by what is causing the problem. There are no heater plugs, which I have been told can cause some issues.

The engine type is:

Dorman

Engine Type: 6LE II
No. 06045/0577/075

I wonder if this problem is something people have come across before???

Any help would be much appreciated.

U can do this, use a B&M brand cooler, use a kit for your truck if availiable get one with screw in hose fittings, never use hose clamps on an oil cooler if u can avoid it, if u choose to use clamps check them and tighten them as ness at every oil change
