I have a NTC400 Big Cam that came in yesterday with broken Finnigan Pins. The owner stated it ran well until he cleaned the engine with a bucket of backwash. Then he took a 2/3 socket and broke the head off all the Finnigan Pins trying to adjust them. What should I do next??

44 years in the business and worked on everything from 53 series to 149 series. Winding it down now...time to move on.

Let me help , is the conutor valve opening with a positive action or is it a sluggish draging with a light back fire? If not the flush and wipe dry with a stalk of hand wipes.then polarize with a 42 volt neg charge before letting it set over night. If Plaiido has more to add please chim in. glenn

I can't use the 42 volt negative charge method because the Delta Data Port has a 6 prong male plug instead of the normal 7 prong female plug. I guess they do it differently in China, but thanks anyway.

NO NO NO China USA only USA that i would try that method. In china you get a moduel that is precharged with netrons and protrons and if your trying to use it behind the metro verison then you would try triming it some. I guess i would not try that cause last time i got some trim my wife ask me not to tell anyone.

has anyone thought of checking the kuneuter valves,they may have been mistakenly replaced by the newer chrome ones..

I just got a late update on the kuneute valve problem and it say to discharge completey then charge at a 5 minamp per hr rate untill the check engine light dont come on and then with engine dead mash gas feed dont three times with ign on. All will be ok.
