I need some help, recently obtained a 2 cylinder Lister gen set and was told it needed a ring job. There were no manuals provided. The main information provided on the data plate is as follows. L09182/012/PB the following numbers were on other plates on the engine 3407671TS2A08 and 1386854624. Need to know which model this is, approx year of unit, parts suppliers, etc. to allow me to do a ring job, and or replace the jugs & rings as a set. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to get it hooked up before Hurricaine Season gets in full swing.
Thanks
Dave, Ponchatoula, LA

'We had a Mercedes engine in stock for over a year but were unable to sell it in Belgium - it was an unusual specification for generator use. Once we listed it on DieselEngineTrader.com, we sold it to a customer in England! We get regular inquiries from customers across the world.'
