I have no throttle response from S60 Detroit Diesel engine. Replaced cracked head and took for a test drive. Ran fine and suddenly it would idle only. After a while, the throttle came back. Now it will only idle. It is not the TPS, as I have replaced. After checking, no current to TPS. Removed ECM and cleaned all connections. The problem comes and goes, wiggling wires to ECM and TPS doesn't change anything.
