Recently I just purchased my first diesel truck, before that I have always drove gasoline trucks. I purchased a 2004 f-350, v8 6.0, power stroke turbo diesel with 169,000 on it. I wanted to know when do I have to plug in my diesel, like whats the temperature have to be for me to keep it plugged in? My last question, is it bad to remote start your truck while it plugged in?

Thank you TextText

I plug our diesel pickups outside when it gets below+20 degrees F they will start without being plugged in even below zero but it is way easier on the motor starting it warmed by the heater oil pressure is built right away it will pay if you want it to last a long time never start it plugged in it will wreck the heater element in short order
