I need to replace the starter in my 96 GMC Kodiak dump truck... Is there a diagram for this or maybe a Youtube video or something. I have removed 2 bolts and need to know how many bolts there are...I can't seem to find anymore.....I have a small business and really need to get this figured out...Thank you....

There are of course the main cable and solenoid wire. Then there are three 5/8 bolts holding it to the engine housing. they may be six point head but more likely 12 point head. The one up top isn't hardly visible....but it is there.

When re-installing the really hard ones, I TRY to put the bolt in the top hole with a socket and extention already in place.....a bit heavy, but that way you don't have to start fishing for the hole....another pair of hands will make it easier....
