I am working on a 1999 12.7 L S60 with very low Hrs. engine running rough. Changed fuel filters, fuel looked clean. crankcase oil & coolant look fine. Blink code #61- Fuel injector response time too long flashed 3 times in a row. I am thinking that 1 of the 2 injector harnesses coming from ecm has a bad ground. To check injector harness, I removed valve cover and found the #3 injector rocker arm broken off about 2 inches from adjustment screw. Did rocker arm break due to no injector signal? BRT

The arm didn't break because of no signal. Maybe the injector plunger is frozen and wont compress? Something has to give. Some reason it not making connection weather the injector is broken or bad harness. I have never seen a broken arm so I am just guessing.
