Throttle Position Sensor ?

Today I stopped to get fuel, while idling in line for 5 minutes. My turn came up and I put the truck in gear and there was no throttle response at all but the truck was idling.
I shut off the key and restarted and it was working fine (the throttle).

20 minutes later the truck went from 1500 rpm to full throttle while I was going down the highway (without me putting the pedal to the floor, it just increased by itself). I shut off the key, restarted and it has been working fine for the rest of the day.

I think its the Williams controller (pedal) what do you guys think?

I filled the coolant res. to max and the low coolant code went away, but this throttle thing is throwing no codes at all.
