Rotate so that key way is up. You can see it from the front. Take a die grinder with a cut off wheel and start at the front making a slot or cut in between the teeth above the key way be careful not to go through completely of cut into the crank at the back of the gear. Get as much cut away as possible the drive a chisel into the cut and it will pop apart and slide off. Sometimes it will just pop apart with out driving a chisel into the cut. Clean crank nose and inspect. Heat gear and install.

'The engine was on other sites, but we received the most calls from DieselEngineTrader.com. We sold it to the first caller-from DieselEngineTrader.com. Also, there was a waiting list on the engine if the first sale fell through! Thanks for the great service!'

Fran Trapp, South Carolina, USA

'We've had lots of response from our ads in DieselEngineTrader.com over the years and regularly sell engines from Coast to Coast in USA. Also sold an engine to Germany and several to Canada. We don't need to advertise anywhere else its a great website!'

Darrell Johnson, Johnson Engines, Harrisburg, Illinois, USA

'DieselEngineTrader gives us the opportunity to broaden our sales coverage at very reasonable cost. We sold an International 7.3 to Florida for an advertising cost of only $15.00'
