hi I have an older cummins 6 cylender in an international, it is getting alot of fuel into the oil. where could it come from. im guessing must be the fuel pump. it is hooked to the air compressor. does this sound right? can I just pull the pump off, or is it timed somehow? thanks mo

The way to find the leak is run the engine on a bucket of fuel with some dye in it for a few min when hot.Snap the throdle wide open and let it fall back to idle maybe 10 times and then pull covers and black ligth the injectors. If its the fuel pump seals the weep hole in the front cover should be wet.
