I have 1999 s60 rated at 400hp, i want to up some hp and torque, i have 23528309 cam what injectors to use to with cam what setting on injector height, what programming on software? Anybody has idea, advice. thank you

How much power do you want? What's your budget? A smart man once said "combination, combination, combination!" it's hard to give you that combination if we don't know what you're looking to do and how much you're willing to spend to get there. Also, knowing which injectors you have now would probably help

I want to get 475 hp with 1650 torque, i do have lot of spare parts for Detroit engine this one came with one injector destroyed and cam gone, it had injectors 6977, i have another set 7820 goo take out, original cam was 23521681 and i have good one 23528309. I do not have anymore info for engine this parts came from, trying to assemble good engine and use stuff i already have. as for budget goes not whole lot of money i have (2G)

Going from 400hp to 475hp is as simple as a re-flash of your ECM. Your 681 cam has an injector height of 80.3mm and timing range of 5.36-6.75mm. You 309 cam has an injector height of 82.1mm and a timing range of 6.527-7.594mm. I couldn't find anything on the 6977 injectors. The 7820s have a C1 spray tip which is a slightly higher flow than the 5915s that seems to be a popular upgrade with guys on here. Personally, I've never used either. With that cam, injectors and a program upgrade you should have no problem getting well over 475hp. For a little more, the highest horsepower gain for the lowest cost is probably the high flow mufflers plus you get a great fuel mileage increase too.

great, how do i re-flash ecm and can you explain me bit more what is that timing range? where do i use those parameters? thank you for help

To flash the ECM you'll need to talk to someone like Pittsburgh Power, PDI or Bullydog. Those are the big names with big prices. I believe Grampa does some ECM tuning. You can find his number on here in other threads...he knows his stuff. Those timing specs are mostly just for checking your cam timing...there's a little more to it but I wouldn't worry about it for what you're doing.
