useing opti-idle after 5-min override it shut's down every 16-min's WHY? ON a series 60 2001 T2000 KW.

are you talking about the detroit series 60 if so they are electrically/comp controlled and you will have to get on to the detroit service dept to help you there is a link on my web site on detroit help page..
