i have a 2006 frieghtliner columbia with a c15 twin turbo. no codes on cat computer but runs rough from start up through running temp. Fuel consumption vollies up and down 4 to 10 while loaded and at all rpms .while accellerating it does drop to 2 all the time running rough. on flat terrain turbo fluxs up and down on boost from 5 to 25 it floats always changing. installed new waste gate sillinoid. cleaned all variable actuators new filters. Any idea b4 going in to shop to spend the cash i dont have
