I have an 04 F250 6.0 diesel. I recently took the truck in to get the Ca emmision recall done and a week later my check engine light came on. I hooked my code reader up to the truck and got an error code which said "low turbo boost". My question is has anybody experianced this code before? And if so, is the turbo going out or is it a sensor, or something else. I have not experiance any loss of power yet. It has a 4 inch aftermarket exhaust from the turbo back and an airraid intake system. My exhaust does NOT have a cat converter. I've heard this causes turbo damage?? Is there a truth to this? Thanks.
