Diesel Talk
Hey guys. I have a 2001 Ford F 250 power stroke diesel. I recently rewired my horse trailer and all the lights/brakes and what not work fine when hooked up to my truck. Just recently my Brake controller started saying that there was a trailer connected to the truck at all times even though there isnt. I thought it was a faulty controller but i plugged it into my friends ford F150 and it said nothing was connected. Unfortunatly i couldnt hook my trailer to his truck to see if all was ok or not. Could it still be a faulty controller or something else?

Here is an easy one. I think. Every time i make a left hand turn my truck makes a load pop noise. I think it is a bad sway bar link that connects to the frame. Am i right? Thanks guys

Don't know about the trailer situation, The popping noise may be the left front fender is loose. Check for loose bolts, I've seen this one before. Kevin

'I listed a surplus Watermota diesel on DieselEngineTrader. It took a few months to sell, but I was delighted as the engine was quite obscure and I never thought anyone would buy it!'

'We sold 2 engines to overseas customers within the first month of listing. As soon as we list an engine, we get calls. There are lots of customers watching for engines and parts. DieselEngineTrader.com works well for us.'

Dennis Lanteigne, Marine Diesel Engines Ltd., Caraquet, Canada

'Listed a Perkins T6.354 on DieselEngineTrader and sold it after 5 month. With a listing fee of $5.00 per month and no commission, it was much cheaper and more effective than the magazine we also used.'
