I have a pair of 1987 6cylinder Isuzu 6BDT1, They have about 2300 hours on them. They are running in the marine environment. I am wondering if removing and cleaning the exhaust elbows would be recommended or let them alone? Any ideas on boosting horsepower from 205 to around 250HP?
I have owned these for 3 years, seem like great engines.

'I listed a surplus Watermota diesel on DieselEngineTrader. It took a few months to sell, but I was delighted as the engine was quite obscure and I never thought anyone would buy it!'
