Diesel Talk
Hi Folks.
I drive a Nissan Navara DX 2.5 CR traytop utility, and it has developed the most unusual fault. No problem exists when driving the vehicle in the daylight hours. However, at night, with the headlamps on, it suffers a significant loss of power. The car still runs, but it has no pulling power. If, when driving at night, I switch the headlights off, I get full power. When I switch them on again, I get loss of power. It is not my imagination. This really does happen.
Has anybody else had this problem? Does anybody know how the fault can be fixed?

Thanks for any help.

Azpers.

'Urgently needed a diesel engine for a generator set. Found one that suited on DieselEngineTrader. It is very easy to find what you are looking for!'

Trond Paulsen, Norwegian Maritime Equipment A/S

'We had a Mercedes engine in stock for over a year but were unable to sell it in Belgium - it was an unusual specification for generator use. Once we listed it on DieselEngineTrader.com, we sold it to a customer in England! We get regular inquiries from customers across the world.'

Rob Verhoeven, Hamofa Engines, Belgium

'I had hundreds of "hits" on your website which generated 5 or 6 inquiries from all over the world; Germany, The Philippines, Korea, Sweden, and Spain. I sold all 3 of my engines to a buyer from South Korea. Your website was invaluable to me in selling these engines; no other ads that I ran produced any inquiries.'
