You need a rack setting tool group no way to just wing it. Like Brent says, adjust the valve and Jake Brake settings or the fuel pump rack adjustment????

Are you talking the Rack in the fuel pump? Or calling the valve adjustment a Rack adjustment. People come in a lot and say run the rack and talking valves

You need rack setting tool group new around a 1000 I think. You can adjust the AFRC without it but not the rack.
