c9 cat was throwing anti-freeze out exhaust. had head checked and found one cracked injector cup. replaced cat replace cups and rebuild head. we installed head, injectors and adjusted valves ourselves according to cat specs. engine started up fine and sounded great with no smoke. shut engine off to check fluid levels. went to restart approx 10 minutes later it and was hyro- locked. started pulling injectors and when 5 was pulled anitfreeze ran out to the point of running into intake manifold. we have done a pressure check to 17lbs and can not find any leaks. any suggestions.

well, if you pull an injector and coolant is noticeably leaking, then a cup is not sealed properly. You should not see coolant leaking when an injector is pulled. Cat dealer may have tore an oring when installing cup.
