Another question, I put what was supposed to be a 430hp DDEC II ECM on the truck and the performance was worse than the original one and when I switched them out my Tacho and Speedo quit working. Are both of supposed to work off the ECM. Again, any help would be Greatly Appreciated.

Your performance most likely got worse because that ecm is set to work with a higher flowing injector/different cam. The tach and speedo do go through the ecm and they're probably just on a different pin than your last ecm.
