Have a 2011 L3 that throws this code at high engine (2800RPM), it is in a boom lift (JLG 400S) Idle and mid are fine, rpms are 50 or less from target at worst. Anyone ever seen this? The only change is an injector pump, fuel rack is free of any bind.
