Cummins CM 4B Engine Complete Good Runner 4 Cyl Diesel HCN: 3904570 Non stressed block, Rotary VE Injection pump, Front oil sump. Test ran 2-21-19: Good runner with 56-85 psi oil pressure. Starts and runs strong. Very responsive throttle. Has some blow-by but not excessive. See it run on video!! Does not come with bell house, starter or flywheel. No dip stick tube. Core Charge $750
