Detroit Diesel DT 3-71 Non Turbo Engine Complete Running Core 3 Cyl Diesel ESN: 3A20097 MDN: RC BCN: 5183957 HCN: 5183927 Industrial App. Engine features: 2-valve cylinder head and SAE #1 bell house. Engine configuration (from flywheel): Blower, governor and starter on right, starter on left with right hand rotation. Test ran 2-27-20: Running core with 50 psi oil pressure. Starts and runs a bit rough and smokes. Good throttle response. See it run on video. Has a lower end noise. Selling as re-pairable/Re-buildable core as is, as pictured. Overhaul kits available.
