Hello everyone,
New member!
The above mentioned van has the V6 turbo diesel. Wednesday the check engine light came on and truck was running fine. I disconnected the battery to see if light reset but it didnt. Truck still ran fine. Firday, I left on a delivery (400 mile r/t), on the way out, engine would not go over 3000rpm and would quickshift through the gears (auto tranny). When up shift manually would gain speed, but not go over 3000rpm. Slowly got back home to Atlanta and parked it. having a hard time getting dealers to talk to me so I am wondering if anyone has any ideas and I am really wondering if this is major or not. Works been slow and cash flow low.
Any help in understanding problem will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Have a nice day!!
Xavier

'We've sold a number of engines via DieselEngineTrader.com - even some that we've had lying around for a few years! It's very useful in getting our inventory seen by a much larger market.'
