My van's been at the shop for a long time...no luck finding a replacement radiator (mine was STOLEN!)

Someone on another board suggested the one below- for a chevy C20 truck. The measurements look close.
The problem we've been having is that most supposed replacements for my van have the Oil Cooler lines on the drivers, not passanger side and the
Transmission cooler lines on the passenger and not the driver's side.

this is the c20 radiator...should it work??

my old radiator size was 34 x 19 1/8 and with tanks 41 1/4 x 19 1/8

no idea the depth. I literally had the van for 2 months before it was stolen then picked apart (they took both my batteries too)
