C7 Cat engine #KAL59410 in a 2005 Sterling has 24psi at manifold and at wastegate actuator wastegate works good has a new boost sensor atmospheric pressure sensor new smart wastegate solenoid under load it derates has code 102-7 mechanical system not responding but is is working properly the boost is monitored by mechanical gauges 24psi under load scanner shows 31.9psi the boost sensor signal wire is good load tested reference voltage is 6.53volts seems high any ideas why scanner is reading 31.9psi when it really is 24psi throwing code and derating other wires test ok on sensor harness any other info let me know what you need thanks.
