I have a 2003 f250 7.3 turbo power stroke when the truck reach 70 m/h star loosing power and black smoke star coming up followed by white smoke and when gets tp 40/50 m/h star running normal.any idea?confused

I have a 7.3 2003 f250 is loosing power and star shaking when reach 60 miles per hour and white smoke star coming out and stops below 50 and star running normal
