I have a Maxxforce 6.4 engine that will not run. It is in a IHC 3200 Transit bus. When it was decommissioned 2 years ago it was supposed to be running. Now it wont run at all. By the diagnostic computer (Nexiq IQ) it has everything but High Pressure Fuel. What can make the engine not develop high pressure fuel, from simply sitting without being started. Stuck valve? I have verified supply pump is working and have clean fuel filter. I am not real familiar with these engines so any and all help is appreciated.
