I’ve got a 3126 CAT. It has been completely rebuilt. It was bored out and sleeves put in. It has new water pump, oil pump, reman head from CAT, injectors, wiring harness, larger 3 flu radiator, thermostat, air to air, turbo, and new sensors. The engine is running hot when the truck is loaded and pulling a hill. As soon as you let off the pedal or get over the hill the temperature will go back down. I can turn the fan on manually and it will still run hot. When it’s not loaded it will run 180 degrees all day long. I took it to the local CAT dealer and they said the sensors and fan was working correctly. It’s not building pressure. I don’t know what else to do. Any help would be appreciated.
