I understand the bull gear on the 14L is different than the 12.7 , that it does not have roller bearings. Also a little "play" is allowable. Other than gear lash, I get some play -pushing in and pulling back using a screw driver. I did not measure the play with a dial indicator but I would guess .040 or more. I came across this while searching for a vibration RPM @ 850 to 1000. Does anyone know the allowable amount of play on this gear, and any Ideas on engine vibration. Engine in neutral not driving.

'I had hundreds of "hits" on your website which generated 5 or 6 inquiries from all over the world; Germany, The Philippines, Korea, Sweden, and Spain. I sold all 3 of my engines to a buyer from South Korea. Your website was invaluable to me in selling these engines; no other ads that I ran produced any inquiries.'

'DieselEngineTrader gives us the opportunity to broaden our sales coverage at very reasonable cost. We sold an International 7.3 to Florida for an advertising cost of only $15.00'

'We sold a Turbo in 2 weeks to a guy in Houston! We also sold the first engine we listed - an old Hatz. It took 2 months to sell but that was OK as we couldn't move it locally. We track visitors to our website and we get lots from DieselEngineTrader.com. Your website really works, it's a great service and we'll be using DieselEngineTrader.com for years to come!'
