ZD26 with D1005 Injectors Leaking

Replaced the head and injectors with new aftermarket parts. Used all new Kubota gasket kit and clamps and hoses. Reassembled the engine, set valve clearance and then started engine. It runs. Injectors leak like a sieve from it appears around the new crush washer and fuel overflow rail. Removed, inspected, all clean, new crush washers this time copper provided by Kubota still leaking. Installation is down by the book the Kubota WSM and nut, nozzle and flare nuts torqued to WSM numbers.

Dead in the water until I get this resolved. Why would new injectors and crush washers leak when torqued properly?
