i just bought a 99 chevy with a 6.5 it didnt run when i bought it so haveing a couple 6.5s in the past i figured it was the pmd so i swapped it with no luck so i changed the pump still no fuel so i borowwed a scanner i cant get the scanner to link with the computer so i took out the ecm and put one in from a running truck the scanner still wont link up and my ecm wouldnt start the other truck the trucks are the same year and all what am i missing
